Reiki

REI means universal energy and KI means the energy that is in every living being.

This method of care called Reiki was founded since 1922 by Mikao Usui, a Japanese man who became a Buddhist monk after a life rich in diverse experiences.

This method can be practiced remotely by Whatsapp, Signal, Skype or face-to-face if possible.

Its benefits:

Reiki rebalances, harmonizes energies and increases your immune system. It removes physical and emotional blockages, tones the organs and relaxes deeply.
It acts on mechanical pain and activates the natural healing process.

Reiki prepares for an operation, a childbirth. It also helps to eliminate surgical or post-delivery shock and toxins from anesthesia or epidural.

It allows to raise its vibratory level and feel more connected with the surrounding energies.
It is recognised by health insurance in Switzerland and Germany. It is also practiced in hospitals in Canada and the United States and recently in some European countries.

 

For pregnant women, it helps relaxation for childbirth and it allows a better recovery.

For babies, it helps recovery after childbirth and allows the baby to sleep better.

Session:

In a laid down position, the session is accompanied by a relaxing musical background.

In face-to-face, the practitioner receives the universal energy, then transmits to you through the laying of the hands, in a precise order on different parts of your body.

At a distance, the practitioner operates in the same way by connecting and feeling the energy of the person to be treated.

Recommendations:

If you wish to undertake work on a specific physical or emotional issue, it is recommended that you take 3 consecutive sessions at a 4-day interval between each session.

Then, if you want to keep your immune system in harmony, it is recommended one to 2 sessions per month depending on the person’s health.

Important: this energetic care does not replace in any case an ongoing medication (if this is the case) and/or a visit to the doctor, it is a parallel and complementary care.

Emotional Liberation (E.L.)

My years of therapeutic experiences have led me to create a holistic approach, called Emotional Liberation, which combines NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Accupressure and Conscious Breathing.

This method can be practiced remotely by Whatsapp, Signal, Skype or face-to-face if possible.

Its benefits:

It allows us to free ourselves from the emotional blockages and conditioning that ruin our lives.
It helps to regain its vital energy and its true nature.

For pregnant women, the E.L. releases fears related to childbirth and allows to better recover from pain and fatigue related to post-partum.

For babies, the E.L. frees from the trauma of intrauterine life and those of birth.

For children, the E.L. makes it possible to better manage the tensions of daily life: self affirmation, place in siblings, fear of school, separation of parents…

Session:

The session takes place in 3 stages:

  1. Energy connection with the person to diagnose her/his energy state.
  2. Detection of emotional blockages and release of emotional conditioning related to these blockages through Verbalization, Accupressure and Conscious Breathing.
  3. Final energy rebalancing and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) exercises.

Recommendations:

6 sessions to rebalance these energies, spread over about 6 to 9 months depending on each one.Then, 1 annual maintenance session.

As soon as a traumatic event occurs in your life (separation, relocation, job loss, etc.), it is strongly advised to do 1 to 2 sessions so that this ill-being does not persist.

What is an emotional block?

Attention, an emotional block is not a defect.

An emotional block is a condition created without your knowledge. It was created following the feeling of an event that was not relativized.

The childhood period is often the most concerned by the creation of blockages since the prefrontal cortex (area of the brain responsible for filtering and relativizing emotions) is only operational from the age of 10 years. When we reach adulthood, these conditions follow us and force us to behave in a way that is not in harmony with our true nature. That is why we are acting independently of our will.

Animal communication

It is a non-verbal communication between the human and the animal, it is a telepathic, intuitive and vibratory interaction that is activated at the very moment of the connection between the human and the animal.

To do this, we must leave our interpretations, our thoughts and our a priori. Everyone is able to communicate with his animal, but this requires the need to enter a space of inner silence. Meditation, relaxation and breathing can help you to reach this inner stillness and empty your mind so that you can communicate with your pet.

This silent communication appeals to all our senses and it is essential to listen to all the messages that can come to us in the form of images, emotions, sensations, physical feelings, sounds, tastes and smells.

According to Einstein’s quantum theory, we are all energy. Thus, he pointed out: «Nothing happens until nothing moves». Our animals also vibrate and we can connect to their vibratory frequency to feel their states and needs.

Sometimes some of our pets’ behaviours surprise us and may seem inappropriate, but in general, they are demonstrations on their part to get our attention. It is really important to realise that animals have a lot to say to us and that we can let them speak out.

How is it done?

Through my heart-to-heart connection with your animal, I perceive the messages your pet sends me and then communicate them orally to you. This helps you to understand her/him better and thus regain the harmonious relationship you had between each other.

Why ask for animal communication?

If your pet suffers physically and/or emotionally in order to diagnose what she/he needs.

If you need to know the past of your companion in case of adoption.

If there are difficulties with his fellow animals.

To prepare your pet has a change of living situation such as moving, going on vacation, arrival of a new animal or a new person in the home.

Finally, to accompany your sick animal at the end of life and accompany you in this difficult path.

Animal care

If your animal is suffering, I can help her/him with energy care (remotely or face-to-face if possible) but this does not replace in any case the current medication (if this is the case) and/or a visit to your veterinarian. It is a parallel and complementary care.

Holistic Hikes

Following a spiritual trip to Japan in 2018, where I had the opportunity to experience Zen meditation and the energy connection with nature (Silvotherapy and Ecotherapy), I decided to organize therapeutic hikes on the island of Tenerife, where I have been living for several years.

These holistic hikes aim to connect you vibrately with nature through specific chakra-based activities and meditations. Ecotherapy is a therapy based on the use of nature to promote mental health and well-being.

I will have the pleasure of introducing you to these energetic places and help you feel that we are one with our beloved planet Earth.
